Graduation Gift by Amy Welborn
Here's a great graduation gift, for either high school or college grads:
Here, Now. A Catholic Guide to the Good life.
It's a book, quite simply, about discipleship, written for young adult Catholics.

Pentecost Novena
It's the first novena. The very first one. The novena - nine days of prayer - prayed by the apostles, that led up to Pentecost.
Read about it and the traditional Pentecost Novena prayers here.
The Church's Most Powerful Novenas is a book of novenas connected with particular shrines. Michael Dubruiel wrote in the introduction to this book he compiled:
When Jesus ascended into heaven, he told his Apostles to stay where they were and to "wait for the gift" that the Father had promised: the Holy Spirit. The Apostles did as the Lord commanded them. "They all joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers" (Acts 1:14). Nine days passed; then, they received the gift of the Holy spirit, as had been promised. May we stay together with the church, awaiting in faith with Our Blessed Mother, as we trust entirely in God, who loves us more than we can ever know.

First Communion Gifts
First Communion "season" still isn't over - so if you are still in need of a good First Communion gift, check out this two pages:
First, my own page describing the books I have that might be good First Communion choices.
Secondly, an Amazon list I created with those books, as well as others by other authors that would be good First Communion Gifts.
And if you're still looking for a good Mother's Day gift, try this page for more information on a book I wrote that might be a good choice for your Catholic mom.

Mother's Day Gifts
The Catholic Woman's Book of Days would be a wonderful Mother's Day gift. It's a 365-day devotional written for Catholic women - all Catholic women. It is loosely tied to the liturgical year, is a very handy size, and features special devotions for several saints. It is not structured to be tied to any particular year. So it’s sort of perennial.
